When you walk into Jasper's Richardson, you're immediately impressed by the elegant, yet comfortable vibe. The dining room is beautiful with a caring, attentive wait staff effortlessly buzzing between amply spaced tables throughout.
Aside from perfectly prepared cuisine set in the main dining room seven days a week, Jasper's Richardson is famous for three other things: Private Dining in the restaurant, a fabulous Brunch and Catering events from lavish, black tie parties to poolside barbeques. Successful service at all of these venues revolves around the freshly prepared food.
So what about the food? Like the man who drove all the way over from Dallas said, their "Blue cheese chips would be part of my final meal if I was on Death Row." High praise, indeed!

Chef Joseph Healy
Chef Joseph Healy is Executive Chef at Jasper's Richardson.
Chef Healy studied at the culinary academy at the Brillat-Savarin School of Culinary Arts in Berlin, Germany while working an apprenticeship at the Maxwell Restaurant.
Over the following seventeen years, Joseph headed Fine-Dining Cuisine at a variety of Fine Dining Restaurants and Hotels in Europe and in the United States. Local kitchens on Chef Healy's resume include The Ritz-Carlton and The Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa. Chef Healy has developed specialties in Asian, Italian, Latin, French, American, and German cuisines.
Chef Chris Patrick
Chef Christopher Patrick is Culinary Director for Abacus Jasper's restaurants.
Chef Christopher Patrick joined the Abacus Jasper's team in 2012 as the first sous chef hired from the outside. In no time at all, Chef Patrick was given the reigns of the creative direction of the menu and control of the kitchen.
Chef Patrick remains dedicated to the culture of perfection that he found at Abacus when he first arrived and feels he has stepped into pretty big shoes as Culinary Director. One trip to any of the Abacus Jasper's restaurants will convince you that Patrick has fill those shoes perfectly.
